Michele Nic was brilliant Michelle and amazing team really helpful- Tracy was brilliant Tracy ward clerk. I was so scared swamped me in cotton wool and I felt safe.

Overall all aspects of my care within the department have been very good.
Suggested improvements
The waiting times are often long with at least 30 minutes in the waiting room and then a lot of waiting while in the department. Sometimes information is not given to me - ie blood test forms, steroids tablets given in advance of treatment.
